DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. – Duval County voters can now request their vote-by-mail ballot for the upcoming presidential election.
According to the Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland, vote-by-mail refers to voting a ballot received by mail.

Officials said any eligible registered voter can request a vote-by-mail ballot for a specific election or all elections through the next general election.
After the next general election, voters will need to make the request again if they plan to vote by mail.
The vote-by-mail ballot can be sent to the voter’s legal residence address, permanent mailing address or a temporary address.
Voters can request their ballot by calling the Supervisor of Elections office over the phone at 904-255-8683 or can also be picked up at the main office located at 105 East Monroe Street.
To request a vote-by-mail ballot over the phone, the voter needs to provide the following information.
- Full name, date of birth, Florida Driver’s License or ID number, or the last four digits of the elector’s Social Security number, whichever may be verified in the Supervisor of Elections records
- Mailing address (if different from residential address; ballots cannot be forwarded. Be sure to provide your current mailing address.)
- The election or elections for which the vote-by-mail ballot is being requested
