JSO supervisor dies unexpectedly after complications with long-term medical condition

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced one of its members died unexpectedly Thursday evening due to complications with a long-term medical condition.
The JSO said the supervisor had been working with the agency for 18 years.
JSO is honoring the request of the family, and will not be releasing the name of the employee.
“We ask for prayers and support for the employee’s family and JSO family at this time,” JSO said.
