JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a fatal hit-and-run suspect for a crash that happened earlier in the year in Downtown Jacksonville.
The SUV in the video struck a person who fell on the roadway in the 200 block of West Union Street on Feb. 8.
Officials said the driver of the black SUV fled the scene after hitting the person.
