21-year-old man killed, 17-year-old injured in shooting in Camden County

ST. MARYS, Fla. – A 21-year-old man was killed and a 17-year-old was injured in a shooting at an apartment complex in Camden County on Saturday.
The St. Marys Police Department said officers were sent to the Cumberland Oaks Apartment Complex in response to a shooting on Saturday at 9:17 p.m.
Police found the 21-year-old Lancine Bakary Soumahoro on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound and he was transported to a nearby hospital where he died.
Officials said 17-year-old Domonja Mitchell was shot in the arm and was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
This shooting is under investigation and anyone with information related to this shooting can contact Detective Lt. Chris Winkle at (912) 882-4488 or the Georgia Bureau of Investigation at (912) 729-6198.
