Having issues with social media today? You’re not alone.
Thousands of users reported issues on social media platforms such as Meta’s Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Messenger platforms Wednesday, according to DownDetector .
Users reported not being able to like, comment, sign in, upload posts and photos, and more.
Meta acknowledged the issues Wednesday and issued this statement:
We’re aware that a technical issue is impacting some users’ ability to access our apps. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.
Meta News4JAX is looking into these issues and will update this article when we learn more.
