Red Cross helping over 30 displaced residents at Mandarin apartment after fire

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Over 30 residents at a Mandarin apartment were displaced Thursday after a multi-unit fire.

The American Red Cross is helping at least 34 residents at the Waterford at Mandarin Apartments on San Jose Boulevard with emergency assistance.

Volunteers are working to provide financial assistance for food, clothing, temporary lodging and other essentials the residents will need.
