Lanes reopen on I-95 in St. Johns County after semi-truck fire sparks brush fire

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Traffic backups remained on I-95 at MM 315 Thursday night after a semi-truck caught fire, and flames spread to the nearby woods.
According to St. Johns County Fire Rescue, crews worked quickly to contain the flames.
There have been no reported injuries at this time, according to rescue crews.
As of 7 p.m., slowdowns continued on I-95 northbound at mile marker 315, between State Road 207 and State Road 16.
Drivers were urged to use caution in the area.
