67-year-old woman with dementia found safe after wandering from assisted living center

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was searching for a 67-year-old endangered woman with dementia.

The woman who was reported missing in Springfield around noon was found safe later Thursday afternoon.

Police said she wandered off from her assisted living facility.
