JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a crash on I-95 between Lem Turner Road and Golfair Blvd. on Wednesday morning.
As of 10:20 a.m., two southbound lanes were blocked.
Traffic began flowing more smoothly around 10:40 a.m.
A Florida Department of Transportation camera at I-95 at Lem Turner Rd. showed the backups.
