37-year-old motorcyclist dies from injuries after car crash in Clay County: FHP

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A 37-year-old man was killed Saturday night on State Road 21 Blanding Boulevard north of Ridgewood Avenue, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Officials said the motorcyclist, from Orange Park, was travelling north on Blanding Boulevard when he hit a SUV, driven by a woman from Jacksonville, which was turning left into the Walmart parking lot from the southbound lane.
FHP said the man driving the motorcycle was taken to a hospital where he later died.
The driver of the SUV was wearing a seatbelt and the driver of the motorcycle was wearing a helmet.
