Jacksonville man wins $7 million from Florida Lottery

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Lottery announced Monday a Jacksonville man claimed a $1,000 a Day for Life prize from the multi-state Draw game, CASH4LIFE.

He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $7,000,000.

The winning Quick Pick was purchased from Winn-Dixie, located off Atlantic Blvd. and Girvin Road. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.

This multi-state Draw game offers two lifetime prizes, with the chance to win $1,000 a Day for Life or $1,000 a Week for Life. Each play costs $2.
