JSO to host town hall in District 5: Baldwin, New Town, Northwest Jacksonville, Riverside

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is hosting a town hall in District Five on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church.
Sheriff T.K. Waters and officials who handle service calls in Baldwin, New Town, Northwest Jacksonville, and Riverside will be in attendance.
Officials said the agenda includes Waters talking about the “historic drop” in murders and what the agency is doing to prevent violent crime.
Attendees can ask Waters and other leaders questions about resources and what’s going on in their area.
The town hall is at 6 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church on Hammond Boulevard along Interstate 10.
