Nassau County School District opens applications for free, reduced lunch for upcoming school year
Families will need to apply for free school breakfast, lunches this school year
NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. – The Nassau County School District announced on Thursday that applications for free and reduced lunch are now open for the upcoming school year.
School officials said a new application must be submitted each school year.
According to Feeding America, nearly 14 million children faced hunger in 2023.
The first day of school in Nassau County is Monday, Aug. 11.
