JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – In our new series called “Justice 4 All,” we are teaming up with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office to get you answers to questions about policing, traffic, speeding, crime and safety where you live.

Randall Lockwood from the Southside reached out to us, upset about people littering in his neighborhood.

Lockwood wants to know:

“Can police set up hidden cameras to catch people littering, and if not, what more can be done to stop it?”
