Missing 17-year-old from Marion County found safe, deputies say

MARION COUNTY, Fla. – The search for a 17-year-old who was believed to be endangered ended positively on Friday when he was found safe in Williston, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said.
On Thursday, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office announced that a shooting had been reported around the same location where the teen was last seen, and an Amber Alert was issued in Florida.
News4JAX has removed the teen’s name and photo from this story because he is no longer missing.
