Justice 4 All: JSO answers your questions about Florida’s new open carry law
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – This week on Justice 4 All, we’re getting answers for all Floridians who have questions about the new open carry law.
Last month, a Florida appeals court declared unconstitutional a state law banning the open carrying of firearms , calling the law incompatible with the Second Amendment right to bear arms.

Just last week, Publix announced that its customers will be allowed to open carry a gun in all their 900 stores in Florida.
Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Lt. Nick Damone joined The Morning Show on Wednesday for our weekly edition of “Justice 4 All” to answer our viewers’ questions about the new law.
