LIVE: Fatal crash on I-95 SB at CR 214 in St. Johns County
ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – First responders are at the scene of a fatal crash on I-95 SB at County Road 214 in St. Johns County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Officials said a person driving a box truck had a medical emergency and crashed into the tree line. There are no blockages but the right lane is reserved for first responders.
Drivers are asked to use caution in the area.
