SR 207 DEV 2 LLC, which shares an address with Neptune Beach-based Florida Retail Group, bought the site for $3.5 million in September. It comprises three parcels totalling about 8 acres.

According to the JDR, the site map shows two hotel buildings with 14,724-square-foot footprints and a convenience store at 5,200 square feet that matches the size of a Circle K.

It is shown to have four fueling stations with eight pumps, plus a 1,515-square-foot quick-service restaurant with a single drive-thru similar in size to Taco Bell. There is a lot with 16 EV charging stations, with two more planned at one of the hotels.

The county’s development review committee is scheduled to discuss the project Jan. 14.
