Pursuit ends in crash on I-75 near Paynes Prairie

The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a crash on I-75 North in Alachua County.

According to FHP, a pursuit was started by troopers near Citrus County, before the suspect crashed around mile marker 380 near Paynes Prairie.

The suspect was taken into custody.

At one point, all northbound lanes were blocked. They have since reopened.
