TAMPA, Fla. – The only woman charged in connection with the killing of Jacksonville rapper Charles “Julio Foolio” Jones has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for her role in his death.
Alicia Andrews was found guilty on one count of manslaughter in October 2024. Prosecutors said Andrews helped her then-boyfriend and three other men track and stalk Jones as he moved between Tampa nightclubs.

She was the first of five people accused in the shooting to go to trial. She was the only defendant not facing the death penalty in the case.
Jones was hunted down and shot multiple times in a Tampa parking lot in 2024.

The four men charged alongside Andrews — Rashad Murphy, Davion Murphy, Sean Gathright and Isaiah Chance — were convicted in a separate trial earlier this month on charges of first-degree murder and related conspiracy charges.
The jury recommended life in prison. They are scheduled to be formally sentenced next month.
