GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – Food Truck Friday will return to Spring Park in Green Cove Springs on Friday from 5 to 9:30 p.m., featuring 17 food trucks, more than 40 local vendors and live music.
The free, family-friendly event will be headlined by Firewater Tent Revival of Atlantic Beach. Organizers encourage guests to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Coolers are allowed and attendees may bring beer or wine; no hard liquor is permitted.

New this month is a free cornhole tournament with prizes for top finishers. A watermelon-eating contest is scheduled for 7 p.m. Organizers will present a donation from the event’s new Community Cares Grant to a local nonprofit at 5:15 p.m. during the opening.
Food Truck Friday is supported by the City of Green Cove Springs, The Neighbor to Neighbor Newspaper, Garber Auto Mall and other community sponsors. The event will be held the first Friday of every month through November.
