JSO asking for help locating missing 70-year-old man with dementia

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 70-year-old man last seen in the Baymeadows area.

Victor Montano was last seen around 12:45 a.m. on A.C. Skinner Parkway near Deerwood Park Boulevard. Montano has been diagnosed with dementia, and authorities say they want to ensure he is safe.

Montano is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing black shorts, a blue shirt, a black hat and flip-flops.
