Crash involving semi-truck causing backups on I-295 North before Blanding Blvd.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Emergency crews were on the scene of a crash involving a semi-truck on I-295 North just before Blanding Blvd. on Tuesday afternoon.
As of 6 p.m., two left lanes were blocked.
An hour later, one left lane was blocked.
