SATSUMA, Fla. - A 19-year-old Satsuma man is facing two counts of homicide after Putnam County deputies say he shot and killed both of his parents late Friday night following a domestic argument that turned deadly.

Putnam County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence on Musket Drive after receiving a call about gunshots. When they arrived, they found the suspect, Uyleses Servin, who was taken into custody without further incident.

Cecilia Servin, 47, the suspect’s mother, died at the scene. Miguel Servin, 51, the suspect’s father, was treated by paramedics but died at the hospital.

In addition to two counts of homicide, Uyleses Servin is charged with two counts of firing into a building or vehicle, three counts of aggravated assault, and one count of child neglect. He was transported to the Putnam County Jail and is being held without bond.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation remains active and that no further information will be released this weekend to allow detectives time to conduct interviews and continue their work.
