JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Cicis Pizza president said the company plans to open 10 new locations in the Jacksonville area over the next five years after revamping its restaurant operations.
Jeff Hetsel, the president of Cicis Pizza, said that Jacksonville has been an important market for Cicis for many years and they believe there’s an opportunity to continue growing across Northeast Florida.

“The region continues to attract families and experience strong population and economic growth, making it a natural fit for our neighborhood-focused, value-driven concept,” Hetsel said in a statement sent to News4JAX. “As we expand, we’re also investing heavily in the guest experience through improved food quality, technology and restaurant operations, ensuring every new location delivers the variety, quality and value that have made Cicis a family favorite for more than 40 years.”
The family-oriented pizza buffet chain currently has two locations in the Jacksonville area, with one on Atlantic Boulevard and another in Orange Park.
