JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Blue Zones Project Jacksonville and Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business will host a series of Restaurant & Food Truck Summits this fall to help local restaurant owners and food‑truck operators learn how to become Blue Zones Approved and find incentives and community partners to support long‑term business sustainability.
The free, hourlong sessions will focus on food trucks at the August events and on all restaurants in September and November. Attendees can expect information on the approval process, available incentives and local partner resources.
