TAMPA, Fla. – A Tampa-area OnlyFans content creator has been sentenced to one year in federal prison after pleading guilty to filing a false tax return and failing to pay more than $1.5 million in taxes.
Kylie Perez, who operated under the stage name “Natalie Monroe,” also faces one year of supervised release following her prison term, according to U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe, who announced the sentence. Perez pleaded guilty May 20, 2026.

Creator earned $5.4M, paid little in taxes
Court documents show Perez earned more than $5.4 million from her social media accounts between 2019 and 2023. OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform that allows creators to earn money through subscription fees, pay-per-view content, and tips from subscribers.
Despite her earnings, Perez filed a false tax return for calendar year 2019 and failed to pay at least $1.5 million in taxes owed for calendar years 2020 through 2023.
What prosecutors said
“Evading the payment of owed income tax is a violation of our federal tax laws,” Kehoe said. “We will continue to prosecute those who purposely commit these crimes.”
Ron Loecker, special agent in charge of IRS Criminal Investigation’s Florida Field Office, echoed that message.
“When someone chooses personal luxury over meeting their tax obligations, the consequences are inevitable,” Loecker said. “IRS CI Special Agents will continue to uncover the truth and safeguard the integrity of the tax system for all law-abiding taxpayers.”
