MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Two Ocala men — known on the street as “Big Phil” and “Hot Boy” — are facing federal drug charges after being indicted for distributing cocaine and methamphetamine, according to an announcement from United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe.
Phillip Washington, Jr., 66, also known as “Big Phil,” and Reginald Cornelius Sesler, 46, also known as “Hot Boy,” have each been charged with distribution and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.

The allegations
According to the indictment, Washington and Sesler allegedly worked together to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine on June 10, 2024.
Washington also faces separate charges for distributing and possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl on June 18 and July 18, 2024. Sesler faces an additional charge related to a separate cocaine distribution incident on July 25, 2024.
Washington faces the more serious charges, with three counts that each carry a minimum penalty of 10 years — and up to life — in federal prison if convicted. Sesler faces two counts, each carrying a minimum penalty of five years and up to 40 years in federal prison.
