JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was arrested Wednesday after breaking into a safe kept in a backroom at the popular gentlemen's club Wacko's, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.

Samir Shihata, 37, is charged with grand theft.

According to police, Shihata did IT and camera work at the Southside gentlemen's club, and was seen in a special office, where the owner's safe was kept, around the time its contents were stolen.

Investigators said Shihata made off with $25,000 in cash, gold coins worth more than $200,000, six rings worth about $30,000, as well as taking the owner's Viagra prescription. 

Shihata was released Thursday afternoon from the Duval County Jail after posting $100,000 bond.
