Man arrested, accused of molesting 13-year-old girl for past 7 years JSO arrest Richard Paul Arnold, 38, on Thursday No description found
Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard Paul Arnold, 38, Thursday. He is accused of molesting and sexually battering a girl beginning at the age of 6 and ending by the time she was 13.
The victim also told police Arnold showed her pornographic images during the same time frame. Information was obtained corroborating the victim's allegations. Police were told Arnold’s address contacted Arnold during a traffic stop where he was told a detective wanted to talk with him. He voluntarily got in the police car, where he was taken to JSO and interviewed.
Arnold faces charges of sexual battery, a capital felony, lewd and lascivious molestation and the sale, distribution or showing of obscene material to minors.
