Polls open for municipal elections in Putnam, Flagler counties

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Polls opened Tuesday morning for municipal elections in Putnam and Flagler counties.
Welaka, Flagler Beach and Bunnell voters headed to the polling locations to cast their votes for elected officials to represent their communities.
