Here are some more tips to have a great date night or party for Valentine’s without costing a fortune:
1. Check Pinterest for fun printables: There are so many beautiful designs and printables on Pinterest and Etsy that are free or cost a small amount. Make fun decorations with these designs by putting them in a frame from the dollar store... and voila! An easy, low cost decorative piece for less than $5
2. DIY, DIY, DIY!: Head to any Michaels, Joann’s or even Target to find fun DIY kits that look like you spent a fortune.
3. Don’t overdo it: The nice thing about Valentine’s Day is that you don’t need to decorate your entire house like you might at Christmas. A few vignettes here and that will do the trick!
