America’s National Parks were originally protected because of their natural beauty and their “wow” factor. Today there is a diverse array of parks within the system including Timucuan Preserve right here in Jacksonville.
Today is our birthday and we want to celebrate those “wows” with you! The National Park Service was created in 1916, 106 years ago today!
