This May (and every month), Hearts 4 Minds invites everyone to join the Chalk It Up 4 Life campaign. Sidewalks become canvases, and conversations turn into communities. Chalk is used because mental health matters for everyone, of all ages. It’s a fun and accessible way to spread awareness, spark open conversations, and break down stigma.

How to Get Involved:

• Grab any color chalk and write a message of hope. Flood the community with positive vibes and remind each other that “It’s okay to not be okay.” #ChalkItUp4Life
