Jacksonville – The Cecil Hotel. Home to the Night Stalker. A woman found floating in the water tower. Dozens missing under mysterious circumstances. Now, comedian Casey Skinner is on The True Crime Comedy Tour, telling jokes about the wild things that happened at the Cecil—and the insane circumstances that gave him no choice but to return for one last night.
