Lead like a Black Belt

Yara Banks uses martial arts mantras for empowerment

Jacksonville – Jacksonville is home to leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to inspire their teams and break through business challenges — but also to everyday people who love a comeback, a challenge, and a win. Yara Banks’ journey proves it’s never too late to lead powerfully.

She is a Jacksonville Leadership Specialist, corporate trainer, mother of 6 and a bronze medalist martial artist. She started karate at 48, won a world medal at 49 and just recently won more bronze at Nationals.

Rance met her at her dojo Nevado Karate Arts to learn more of her story and how she has translated the lessons learned at the dojo translates into leadership training. www.bnbxa.com
