Jacksonville – Girl Scouts of Gateway Council is kicking off National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend, February 20–22, when Girl Scouts nationwide and across North Florida will be out at local cookie booths selling their iconic treats.
During this special River City Live segment, Girl Scouts will showcase how they transform classic favorites into delicious desserts, including a Thin Mint parfait in honor of National Chocolate Mint Day.
Through the Cookie Program, girls build confidence, business skills, and leadership experience while serving their communities.
