Foodie Friday: Chef Vernetta of the Palate
Jacksonville – Chef Vernetta has been apart of the Jacksonville culinary scene for 20 years. Her brick and mortar, The Palate, offers meal prep, takeout lunches, cooking classes and more.
Her business benefits the community by creating jobs, teaching life and career skills, supporting local organizations, and using food as a way to bring people together and inspire healthier, stronger connections. She partners with several organizations in food deserts teach healthy cooking skills.
