Jacksonville – Chancho King was founded by chef couple Maria La Mota and Chason Spencer with a focus on sharing Maria’s Ecuadorian heritage with the community. They started with a tent pop up 6 years ago and gradually elevated to the brick and mortar layout in Murray Hill.
Recently nominated for the prestigious James Beard Award, the RCL team dropped in to sample the epic flavors coming from the place where Pig is King! www.chancoking.square.site
