The North East Florida Builders Association’s Parade of Homes is back, giving the public a rare chance to tour more than 50 beautifully designed new homes across Northeast Florida — no appointment or real estate agent required.
The event runs April 11–19, 2026, with homes open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Homes are located throughout Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties.
A First Coast tradition celebrating over 70 years
Now in its eighth decade, the NEFBA Parade of Homes is one of the region’s most celebrated homebuilding showcases. The 2026 event is presented by Nocatee and everRANGE.
The parade highlights the very best in Northeast Florida homebuilding, from floor plans and finishes to full communities — giving visitors a firsthand look at what’s possible in today’s new home market.
Who should attend
The event is open to everyone, but it’s especially valuable for prospective buyers, first-time homebuyers, real estate professionals, military families relocating to Jacksonville, and investors. Anyone curious about the latest home design trends will find plenty of inspiration throughout the tour.
Builder representatives will be on-site at each home to answer questions about construction, materials, finishes, floor plans, and customization options.
See it in person
Touring a home in person offers something photos and floor plans simply can’t replicate — a true sense of layout, room size, design details, and overall flow. Visitors are encouraged to explore at their own pace, stopping at as many homes as they choose across the four-county region.
Beyond the homes themselves, the parade is also a chance to get a feel for the surrounding neighborhoods, including amenities, schools, parks, and the lifestyle each community offers.
New this year: Parade of Homes Magazine
The Parade of Homes Magazine makes its return for 2026. Visitors can pick up a copy at Southern Grounds & Co. locations to help plan their tour before hitting the road.
