Jacksonville – After 25 years as an Army officer, Michelle Roberts made Jacksonville her home when she retired in 2014. Throughout her life, Michelle experienced serious illness, violent trauma, profound personal loss, and the experience of war; she has known fear, grief, and heartbreak firsthand. She had to rebuild when everything familiar fell away. She did not “get over” these experiences, but rather, integrated them. She transformed survival into wisdom and pain into purpose. So now she is taking her years of leadership and service and continuing to serve her community as a certified mindset coach.
By working on emotions, mind and energy together, her work is not about erasing pain—it’s about learning how to carry it differently. It’s about growth, empowerment, and forward movement. It’s about strength and courage rooted in self-trust. Most importantly, it’s about carry the past with strength, wisdom, and self-compassion while creating a future that aligns with who you truly are and what you want.
