TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida State University has suspended wide receiver Da'Vante Phillips indefinitely as he faces five fraud related charges.

According to a Florida State University police department affidavit, Phillips faces four complaints of cashing/depositing a bank item with intent to fraud and a fifth complaint of grand theft.

Phillips, a 6 foot 2 receiver from Miami Central high school has only caught five passes for 30 yards in 19 career appearances with the Seminoles.
