US Postal Service releases 'Sun Science' stamps with NASA imagery
The sun has risen on a new set of postage stamps. The United States Postal Service (USPS) released "Sun Science," a collection of 10 colorful stamps celebrating the study of heliophysics using imagery from NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory.

Murphy, who played at Englewood High School and Jacksonville University, told SportsNet New York on Friday that he was retiring. “This is a beautiful game, and I really just feel humbled and blessed that it let me jump on the ride for a little bit,” Murphy told SNY. Murphy played seven seasons for the Mets and will be remembered the most for his time there, including a torrid postseason in 2015. But his best season came in 2016 with the Nationals where Murphy hit a career-highs in batting average (.347), home runs (25) and RBI (104).

His 119 wins are third-most in San Francisco history and his 1,794 strikeouts rank second. Joey Bart and Mauricio Dubn added consecutive RBI triples in the sixth to give San Francisco a 4-1 lead. San Francisco improved to 6-2 against the Diamondbacks this season, outscoring them 39-23. He went 2-1 with a 4.11 ERA in three starts against San Francisco last season.
Dodgers set NL homer mark for month at 57, beat Rangers 7-2

Bellinger's two-run homer gave the Dodgers 57 long balls in August after solo shots from Corey Seager and Will Smith, and LA beat the Texas Rangers 7-2 on Sunday. They now have 12 straight series victories to start the season tied for the fifth-best season-opening run since 1969. Northeast Astronomy Forum 2020 goes virtual for coronavirus countermeasure
