The incident report details Englishโ€™s description of the person as a black male with tattoos down both arms, curly hair, shorts and a sleeveless T-shirt. At 7:27 p.m., Officer Rash responded to McMichaelโ€™s call about an intruder at Englishโ€™s property -- the house under construction on Satilla Drive. I appreciate you letting me know.โ€The person seen in the surveillance videos was not identified by neighbors or law enforcement, according to that incident report. โ€œHe reported all nighttime entries onto his property, although it appears that these did not always result in incident reports. Officer Rash searched the property for signs of squatting after a white man and woman entered the house at night.

Larry English has confirmed through the release of surveillance videos that multiple people had trespassed at his home, which was under construction. CNN obtained 11 surveillance clips spanning from Oct. 25 to Feb. 23 from Attorney J. Elizabeth Graddy, representing English, on Saturday. RELATED: Witness in Arbery case says no crime occurred at his construction site | Video shows person at construction site 12 days before Ahmaud Arberys deathThree new videos show a man and woman entering the property, children entering the property and an unidentified male entering the property on separate occasions. Arberys family has previously confirmed that one video, dated Feb. 23, was of him entering the house prior to the shooting. On Dec. 20 at 9:40, a text was sent asking that he contact Greg McMichael, Graddy said.

Officers on the scene, including Rash, failed to arrest Sasser for what then-police Chief John Powell later called clear criminal violations." A text message from Larry English, the construction site owner's, phone from December suggests Gregory McMichael was deputized prior to the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery. At 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 20, Rash replied to English: Your neighbor at 229 Satilla Drive is Greg McMichael. According to the human resources office for Glynn County, Rash is still an active employee with the county. The county spokesman did say that stories about the text between their officer and Greg McMichael back in December surprised them.

BRUNSWICK, Ga. โ€“ A photo of a text message is the newest piece of information News4Jax has uncovered regarding the Ahmaud Arbery investigation. The photo prompts more questions about what was happening in that Satilla Shores neighborhood before Arbery was shot and killed. The photo shows a text message from an Officer Rash with the Glynn County Police Department telling Larry English to contact Gregory McMichael, his neighbor on Satilla Drive, if English saw any action on his surveillance camera. Englishโ€™s attorney Beth Graddy told News4Jax this text message dates back to last year. โ€œIt appears that Gregory McMichael had been informally โ€˜deputizedโ€™ by the Glynn County Police Department.โ€Its unclear when McMichael was deputized or why.
