He was ordered to serve three years of supervised release after completion of his prison sentence. “Patrick O’Neill willingly broke into and vandalized a restricted military installation, and brazenly filmed himself and others doing so,” Christine said. Once through the security fence, the trespassers split into two groups and then damaged and vandalized property inside the facility before being taken into custody by naval security personnel.

Makeda Atkinson and Donald Adams were small-time drug dealers until their poison fueled the overdose death of a young mother whose body was found by her 5-year-old daughter, U.S. Attorney Bobby Christine said. Glynn County Criminal Investigator Stephen Lowery took the lead in investigating the womans death and, working with the FBI, linked it to fentanyl-tainted heroin sold by Atkinson and Adams. Atkinson and his co-defendant played a significant role in the death of a young mother poisoned by the drugs they were pushing, said Chris Hacker, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta.

Ryon Bland, 32, of Douglas, Georgia, was sentenced to 110 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Lisa Godbey Wood. Prosecutors said that Santana-Hernandez was a source of supply for the drug trafficking organization that operated in Telfair County and elsewhere.
