The new Jaguars executive office buildings, called One Tower Court, just opened this week, the first multi-story office building constructed downtown in several years.

The Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday opened a 75,287-square-foot business operations office at One Tower Court, downtown Jacksonville’s first multi-tenant Class A office building built since 2007. The team occupies the building’s second through fourth floors.
