Three seats on the Palm Coast City Council are up for election this year: Districts 2, 3, and 4. In District 3, Ray Stevens was the only candidate to qualify, and is automatically elected. In Districts 2 and 4, there are no incumbents running for re-election, and in both races, no candidate got more than 50% of the vote in the August primary. The results from the primary will set up runoffs in the general election: Antonio “Tony” Amaral, Jr and Jeani Duarte in District 2, and Darlene Shelley and Dylana “Dee” Galery in District 4.
