Mullen’s Florida staff receives nearly $500K before pandemic
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida coach Dan Mullen didn’t get a raise or an extension after his team’s 11-2 finish last season. Quarterbacks coach Brian Johnson, who has since been promoted to offensive coordinator, and defensive line coach David Turner got $100,000 more each. Hevesy also coaches the team’s offensive line, while Gonzales works with receivers. Running backs coach/special teams coordinator Greg Knox got a $45,000 bump to $485,000. Tight ends coach Tim Brewster joined the staff in February and signed a two-year deal worth $485,000 annually.
