Every year, The Law Firm of Pajcic & Pajcic hosts a charity golf event to raise money for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA). During the event, there is a celebrity shootout on the “island green”. Whoever is closest to the pin earns $6,000 for the charity of their choice, and the Pajcics match the donation with an additional $6,000 to Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. This year, former Jaguars head coach Tom Coughlin won the prize.

With five weeks until Jacksonville’s general election, the record-breaking pace of fundraising in the city’s mayoral election continues for the remaining candidates, Republican Daniel Davis and Democrat Donna Deegan.
