JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Days after asking for help to track down a sexual predator they said failed to comply with court-ordered requirements, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced it had taken the man into custody. JSO asked for help Friday evening in tracking down convicted sexual predator Samuel Plant. According to the Sheriff's Office, a warrant was issued Wednesday for Plant for failure to comply with sexual predator requirements. Police did not indicate what specific requirements Plant was accused of violating. They announced this week that Plant was taken into custody Tuesday, and thanked the community for sharing the information.
